Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 19, 2025Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the IAketing platform operated by Workfuel AI ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
3. Subscriptions and Credits
Our service operates on a credit-based subscription model. You are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar. Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Polar provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for used credits.
When you generate images or use our AI tools, we incur direct costs from third-party AI model providers. Therefore, any credits that have been utilized are non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered for technical errors where credits were deducted but no service was rendered, at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Workfuel AI and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Republic of Panama and foreign countries.
You retain ownership of the content you generate using our platform, subject to the terms of the specific AI models used.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Workfuel AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
